Bottle: Poured a dirty golden color lambic with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some tart notes and some oak presence. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some barnyard notes and some tart notes with some oak presence also perceptible. Body is about average with excellent carbonation. Easy drinking lambic with a nice level of complexity.

2020 vintage. 750mL bottle at Bridge & Tunnel, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate barnyard funk, leather and a touch of earthy citrus. Flavour is funky, with old cardboard, barnyard funk, and leather. Complex and well-made. Very good but a touch below some of the more elite gueuzes.

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, wood, spice. Thin body, wood, funk, leather, apple skin, light tartness, very nice.

75cl Fles van Drankgigant. Heeft wat haast om uit de fles te komen. Troebel diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Friszuur, stal, licht funky, nat hooi, citroen, licht moutig, wat gist, hout, droog, mildzure smaak, niet heel verfijnd maar wel een zeer aangenaam bier.

opalescent golden to orange colour, minimal off-white head (rather lacing than a real head); aroma of lemon juice/citric acid, some acetone, barnyard and unripe fruity notes; taste of lemony, as well as acetic acidy and unripe fruity sourness, some acetone, yeasty, peppery and bittery notes; tart aftertaste; really good lambic

--Bottled, from Glasbanken! -- Lightky hazy golden, mid sized head. Citric nose with horseblanket anf hay. Tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel, prickly carbonation. Lemo zest and horseblanket, some minerals. Some stale hpo bitterness. Elegant and complex. De Ranke style-stylishness and elegance meets gueuze.

2019 bottle. Clear golden color with hardly any head. Aroma is lemon peel, stinky feet, leather, great Lambiek character. Taste is again leather, barn, lemon peel, dry finish, makes you smack your lips. Hardly carbonated still, just a tiny fizz. This is somehow hardly a Geuze because of the lack of carbonation, but then again it's not your average base Lambiek either. It's very characterful either way, I like!

Big 2019 bottle. Golden, light offwhite foam, no carbonation. Bretty nose, light apple cidery, dry mineral, brett, low carb, pleasant dry, light chalk, leafy, pleasant bitterness, good drink overall.

Bottle, enormous thanks Nino and Casey for sharing! Hazy golden body, white head. Clean (style-wise), juicy even, funky, peppery, spicy aroma, quite pleasant. Smooth funky taste, light tartness, phenolic touches, vague hint of glue, but also flowery and slightly juicy in a way, lightly sweetish. A bit on the young side, I *think* this was a 2021, but already a very tasty lambic in my opinion!

Bottle 75 cl. Golden, slightly hazy, weak foam. Aroma: slightly wild, old cheese, a little herbaceous, hay, canopy, slightly sour, a little vinegar. Taste: not very sour, flat carbonation, a little vinegar and lemon, hay, mild wildness, not bad.
