After the kettle souring process, we added a generous amount of passionfruit to the FV, infusing the beer with juicy tropical notes that perfectly complement the sourness. Bursting with passionfruit, evoking images of sunny weather and the thought if it being "a wonder day" to slurp down some tasty fruity goodness.

On tap at Arcade Beers, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of passionfruit, lacto and gentle sweetness. Flavour is moderately tart, with juicy passionfruit over a lacto base, with minimal residual sweetness. For a kettle sour, it's not bad; the passionfruit comes through nicely, without being muffled or artificial or too sweet. Decent.
