Cerveza bien oscura, fuerte y compleja madurada en barricas de Bourbon durante 14 meses y a la que añadimos una buena dosis de café de nuestros amigos de Alta Nota y cacao de Tacho Taller. Con intensas notas de café, chocolate, vainilla, caramelo, Bourbon, cerezas y otros frutos oscuros. Manténgala refrigerada, no la guarde, consúmala bien fresca.

473mL can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is rich, with lots of rich coffee, dark cocoa, and bourbon barrels -- good cohesion. Flavour is bold, with tons of coffee, followed by cocoa nibs, and moderate bourbon barrel presence. A bit rough and unrefined, but there's great bourbon and coffee character here. Very good.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Travis). Black with minimal beige head. Really nice coffee, chocolate, the bourbon doesn't really come through besides a feint booziness, but this is actually quite nice and balanced. I'm assuming they used the coffee that they roast on site. Good stuff.
