Una Russian Imperial Stout de 9.2°, 65 IBU y 60 SRM en la que usamos una poderosa carga de chocolate amargo al 70% arrojada en Whirlpool posteriormente añadimos Nibs de cacao en maduración para potenciar los aromas achocolatados.

Poured from 355mL can (abv listed as 10%). Dark brown with full beige head. Chocolate and feint roast, quite malty, hint of bitterness in the finish. Thin, but okay. Alcohol is hidden for 10%.

355mL can, pours a deep dark brown / black with a slight mahogany tinge and a small beige head. Aroma is fairly gentle, with notes of cocoa, vanilla and soft toasted malt. Flavour has plenty of vanilla upfront, followed by cocoa, and soft roast. The body is fairly thin for the style despite the somewhat assertive flavours. Not particularly complex but the balance is good and the flavours decent. Solid enough.
