This cripsy kettle sour was fermented with Saccharomyces Trois and aged in rum barrels for three months before adding a huge amount of toasted organic coconut flakes in (cold) conditioning. Fruity with delicate characteristics of mango and pineapple. Bottle conditioned for a pleasant effervescent finish.

500mL bottle. Pours yellowish with almost no head. Aroma is sour. Flavour is slightly sour, a bit of mango. Not getting any rum or coconut. Not really sure why this exists. Less horrific than I was expecting, given the proposed flavour combination, but somehow had almost no distinctive flavour.

500mL bottle, pours a minimally hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is very strange, with lots of lacto, some tartness, a touch of rum, no much coconut. Flavour is just bizarre, with a weird mix of coconut, a touch of rum, and lacto. The rum is very far back, but it still tastes like a kettle sour with a hint of coconut. This is just a bad idea. It's not a disaster, but there's little to like about it.
