Named after the Haitian God of agriculture, the Azacca hop has an intense tropical aroma with hints of citrus and mango. A touch of caramel malt gives a sweet backbone to support the righteous fruit character of this beer. Pouring a burnt orange color and registering at 7% ABV, your taste buds will worship this heavenly, hopped delight

On tap at brewery. Pours clear gold. Aroma has some resin and chemical sweetness. Flavour has light pine and resin, some sweet malts. Rough, but enjoyable.

On tap at CowDog, pours a cloudy dark, muddled, amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma is very muddled, with murky, earthy hops and bready malt — ugh. Flavour is pretty egregious — sweetness, rough bittering earthy hops, some soil. This is just a total trainwreck despite not being infected. Clumsy and uncoordinated.

Dark amber with a thick head. Aroma is old school pine and crystal malt. On the palate it has a light chewiness -not as chewy as that colour would indicate. Lemon and light pine hop. Medium bitterness.
