On tap at Fair Isle, pours a minimally hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals rustic saison yeast, very faint cherries, and some earthiness from the shiso leaf. Flavour is gently tart, with subdued tart cherry, rustic notes, and some acidity. Balanced well, but none of the flavours seem particularly pronounced or well-expressed. The base beer is clearly solid, but the flavour complexity is not particularly impressive. Alright.
