Over here at Stoup, we miss our school days so we decided it would be fun to write a thesis paper. Really, how hard could it be? First, a thesis statement. Here's ours: "To make a perfect IPA, you must use delicious ingredients with just the right hops to make the flavor and aroma pop". Then we researched thousands of hop combinations and determined that aromas of pink grapefruit, berry and pineapple would be freakin' delicious. So we brewed our Thesis Generator IPA, drank it and agreed that our thesis statement was 100% correct. Man, writing a thesis is soooo easy! We didn't cheat and use AI either!

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some earthy, sweaty, dank hops, and soft bready malt. Flavour is better, so try an oily, subtly resinous, moderate piney hop character, finishing dank and oily. Good structure as always, but maybe not the best hop expression. Good.

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A light citrus nose. Sweet, toast, lots of tropical notes. Smooth and flavorful. Lots of juicy oranges.

Draft pour pint at Stoup Kenmore. My first beer in Kenmore as a non-resident. Crazy! Mostly clean golden appearance with tons of cream foam. A nice, juicy pink grapefruit front to this IPA. Has a sharp edge, with a tingling citrus bitterness. Slightly aggressive, which I always enjoy in a classic IPA. Bold grains pair well with grapefruit hops. Long lingering bitter finish while remaining refreshing. Super good brew here.
