On tap at Fly Llama, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma certainly brings out winter spices—nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon—along with a decent toasted malt base. Flavour is sweet and sour—very odd for a winter ale—bringing out the lemon, sweet fruits, and winter spices. Unusual but it somehow works, finishing lemony and spicy. Pretty good.
