On tap at Urban South, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with intense maple syrup upfront, followed by strong bourbon, and plenty of sugars. Flavour is intense, with a perfumey bourbon barrel character, moderate maple, and dark sugars. The bourbon is nice but it's rather perfumey. The structure and sweetness are good but the perfumey character is a bit too pronounced.
