Hopped in the boil and then generously dry-hopped during fermentation with 3lb/ bbl of Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo hops. A relatively new style of IPA, we brewed and lagered this Cold IPA so that it comes out dry and dank allowing all the bitter hops to be star of the show. Bitter, Crisp, and refreshing just as IPAs should be.

On tap at Port Orleans, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals plenty of dank grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and some spiciness. Flavour is dank, with grassy hops, some stone fruits, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank, fruity and crisp. Good stuff.
