On the nose, it's got chocolate up front, some really nice Willett character, big and bright, getting into vanilla. On the palate, it's got a stack of vanilla, lots of barrel. The base is thick, rich, brown sugar and a bit nutty, then it cuts to barrel and alcohol in the finish. Vanilla serves to round it out. Ok, this is excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours black with minimal head. Aroma peanuts, chocolate, and marshmallow. Flavour a solid kick of chocolate, marshmallow, and booze. Strong nutty flavours as well. A lot of dessert flavours, but very well-balanced and not overpowering. Mouthfeel smooth. Well-constructed and pleasant to drink.

750mL bottle, pours black with almost no head. Aroma is loaded with marshmallow, some cocoa, toasted nuts, and plenty of complex bourbon barrels. Flavour is rich and complex, with elegant bourbon barrels, marshmallow, cocoa, and gentle toasted nuts. The bourbon and marshmallow really meld together well. Elegant and very well-constructed.
