Challenger and citra hops makes this blonde ale have a sharp, crisp and citrus flavour. We think this pale gold beer is the perfect companion for the summer months - creamy and fruity with hints of citrus, Blonde is incredibly refreshing. Exclusive use of Pale Malt leads to the light colour and creamy texture. Whilst a hearty addition of much sought after Citra hops gives the beer a light bitterness, with hints of tropical fruit and citrus on the aftertaste.

On cask at the Royal Hotel, Bolton le Sands. Appearance - pale golden with a decent head. Nose - lemon and pith. Dry yeast and malt at the back. Taste - more lemon and pithiness. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good example of the style.

Cask @ Ring OโBells, Halifax. Clear straw-blonde coloured with a thick smooth head. Hoppy ale, but not overbearing in this respect. Very sessionable, very easy-drinking. Very light textured.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As York Blonde ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, vomit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, pale malt, grassy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow. Light citrusy nd slight grassy hoppy. Bitter, smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity and mild citrusy finish.

Gravity dispense at EBF โ14, 07/08/14. Pale golden with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is citric sherbets, spice, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises spritzy sherbets, orange pith, bread dough. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok citric infused GB.
