Dark Brett Berliner Weisse
Brewed with the darker months in mind but still keeping things funky, this Berliner weisse has heaps of our favorite Belgian malt, Special B in it, giving it rich aromas of dried fruit, black cherry & kola nuts. We also fermented this beer with Brettanomyces bruxellensis in stainless to compliment the flavors. Being a berliner weisse this beer has a touch of acidity & finishes dry.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a tiny tan head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy graininess, gentle brett, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is gently tart, with subtle brett, earthiness, toasted grains, and bready malt. Gently tart, young bretty finish. Needs more carb. Pretty nice for what it is.
