Hop varities come and go, but Citra always remains. Still the king of hops, we doubled down and dry hopped twice with Citra and Citra Cryo hops and then boosted the citrus notes with a punch of Australian Eclipse hops known for their mandarin character.

473mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite chalky, with hopburn, earthiness, and a touch of pithy stone fruits. Flavour is full-on oniony hops from the Citra, with gentle chalk, light hopburn, and a touch of tropical. Too much allium. Oakes would be pissed off. The structure is actually OK though. Decent.

Cloudy, pale yellow. The aroma is potent, tropical fruits, fresh oranges, light dankness. Good body, there is structure; the mouthfeel is moderately creamy, a bit starchy; bold hopping, with plenty of citrus juice, and decent bitterness level.
