Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Barley & Sword, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma had crackery malt, straw and a touch of grassiness. Flavour is clean, with straw, soft grassiness, and crackery malt. Needs a lot more Saaz spiciness to be a true Czech Pilsner. It's alright.
