We all know a fresh German Pils is hard to come by. Luckily for all of us, Jeff brewed up an insanely legit batch out of our spot in O’side and we’ve now got it in 12oz cans! Made to be as traditional as possible using all German ingredients, the texture on this one is wonderfully firm in bitterness and greets your palate with mouth coating dryness that lingers in the long finish. It’s not too much of this, or not enough of that, but just right in its endless drinkability. Cheers to warmer weather and birds chirp’n!!!

On tap at Green Cheek - Oceanside, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some grainy notes, light grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has herbal notes, some grass, straw and biscuity malt to back. Herbal, grassy and straw-like finish. Well-made, reasonably authentic, and good body. Solid.
