Crafted with fresh-pressed juice from West Coast apples. Bright, crisp taste with a refreshing tartness and a dry finish.

From 473ml can @ BBT 12/2025. Head is thin, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, hazy. Aroma is fresh apples. Taste is medium base, dry fresh apples, light spicy, dry on the palate, very good, fully enjoyed.

BBT 12/2025. Med-light sweetness, not dry. Apple complexity is higher than in commercial ciders, yet lower than I expected. Natural, but lacking the true cider varieties, feels more dessert apple like.

On tap at AleSmith, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of apple core, crisp apple skins, and some sugars. Flavour is medium sweet, with plenty of apple core, light apple skins, and sugars. Pretty by-the-books standard cider, with little to distinguish it. Meh.
