Do you like smoke? Campfires, BBQ, Bacon? You might like this one. We took a perfectly aged blend of Imperial Stouts and added Bourbon Barrel Smoked Brown Sugar and Smoked Maple Syrup to it. The smoke is there but not overwhelming. It works in harmony with the oak presence and tastes great.

On tap at Modern Times - Lomaland, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is more restrained, with some waffle notes, some maple syrup, dark sugars, gentle smoke, and gentle bourbon. Flavour has a wonderfully rich bourbon barrels, bacon, smokiness, and dark sugars in wonderful cohesion.
