Inspired by mexican big beer but with Bavarian heritage, this corn lager is easy drinking with delicate complexity. Brewed using local Vancouver Island barley and hopped with Lorién hops for a light touch of lime and wildflower characters.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is clean but subdued, with straw and gentle cereal grains — a step above macro swill. Flavour is clean and dry but pretty characterless, with straw and dry cereal grainy malts. Easy to chug but there's little to appreciate here.
