On tap at Belmont Station. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has chocolate, vanilla, toasted malts, and bourbon. Bourbon is quite strong, but well-incorporated.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich, with intense bourbon, cocoa and espresso, though I'm not getting the peppers. Flavour is very rich, with lots of lactose, bourbon barrels, cocoa, a touch of espresso; again, I don't detect the peppers. Complex, great malt base, and expert barrel aging. Excellent as usual from these guys.
