Inspired by the simplicity of grain, we created this beer using all Oregon grown raw materials: hops from our friends at Indie Hops, and unique grains from Camas Country Mill in Eugene. Fashioned after The Kernel Brewery in London’s Table Beer we offer this balanced, easy, everyday beer made in collaboration with The BeerMongers to celebrate their 15th Anniversary.

On tap at The Beer Mongers. Pours murky pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite light and rustic; dry grass and light citrus rind. Flavour is dry and rustic; spicy yeast and lots of dry grass. Fantastic rustic beer.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rustic, with farmhouse notes, and some toasted grains. Flavour is rustic and spicy, with dry toasted grains, some grass, and hay. Complex for a such a low ABV beer. Very good.
