On tap at brewery. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, wood, and coconut. Flavour has bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, and boozy finish. Fantastic.

2021 vintage. On tap at Baerlic PDX, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is decadent, with lots of coconut, vanilla, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is complex, with rich bourbon barrels, coconut, and a touch of vanilla beans. Balanced expertly, with a great bourbon character and a tasteful use of adjuncts. Wonderful.
