On tap at Five Roads - Steveston, pours a somewhat hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty estery, smelling like a classic North American saison in the sense that they bungled the yeast. Flavour is drier than expected, with crisp biscuity malt character, spicy yeast character, and a dry finish. Not much depth at all — doesn't capture the rustic/farmhouse character at all. Nothing terrible but not on style at all.
