Our friends at Pidgen envisioned a beer incorporating the three hallmarks of their fine cuisine, French, Asian, and local. Together we came up with a bold flavourful saison fermented with French yeast, locally grown sterling hops and brightened with high quality yuzu juice. An addition of shiso leaves addss nuance to the natural spice notes of the French yeast and sterline hops. This unique offering finishes crisp and tart with a smooth round mouthfeel.
