That Good Jus is a Gewürz IPA made in collaboration with our pals at Pamplenousse Jus Natural Winery. It is brewed with naturally fermented Gewürtztraminer grapes and is dry hopped with Vic Secret and Citra. Loads of wine character comes through and pairs with the hops creating notes of apricot, tropical fruity funk, melon, and strawberry. It’s definitely unique and definitely tasty.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice grape must character that is fatally accompanied by egregious chalk and hopburn. Flavour is more of the same, with unpleasant hopburn bitterness and some grape skins that cannot save this. These grapes must not be happy sitting in a chalk soup. I certainly am not happy about it.

Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Murky yellow with minimal white head. Some berry, grape, and tropical hops notes. Weird combo that doesn’t really mesh together. Meh.
