This "Cold" IPA was brewed with our Nova Lager yeast strain, and generously hopped with New Zealand Superdelic, Experimental 09326, Simcoe, and Mosaic. The result is an incredibly crisp, clean, and fragrantly tropical beer, with notes of stone fruit, berry, and citrus.

On tap at Old Stove - Ballard, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of grassy hops, some dankness, and oiliness. Flavour is oily, with lots of grassiness, bready malt, and some syrupy notes. Yet another one that's not hopped properly and has too syrupy a base. Not good.
