On Tap at the Poulsbo brewery/taproom Clear bright deep golden. Sturdy thin bright white head and lacing, SOme smooth sweetness to diferenciate it fro the classic pils. INteresting flavors. Clean and a littel biting.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, biscuity malt, and a touch of citrus tang. Flavour is very hoppy and bitter, with lots of bittering, grassy hops and a crisp crackery malt base. I don't recognize the NZ hops — no white wine or gooseberry character. But it's a very bright, bitter, hoppy pils that I dig. Excellent.
