Today marks a significant milestone in the brewing industry and in the greater regenerative organic agricultural movement: the release of the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified® beer. World’s First Regenerative Organic Certified® IPA is made with Regenerative Organic Certified® Kernza®, Regenerative Organic Certified® Pilsner Malt from @breathdeepfarm in New York’s Hudson Valley, and organic Chinook Hops and Strata Hops from Washington’s @royfarms_hops. This IPA boasts bold flavors of berry and pine and finishes crisp and refreshing with a balanced bitterness. We’re so honored to have been asked to produce this beer and showcase the beauty and potential of regenerative organic farming!

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very perfumey in the hop department, with vegetal notes and some floral notes. Flavour is vegetal, with lots of bitter, vegetal notes, perfumey hops, and grass. I don't care what process they used here: this isn't great. Also, organic is bullshit.
