Draught at the brewery
Dark color, almost black, with small light tan head. Mild aroma of wine barrel. Lean body, mild acidity, some red wine barrel character, very light butter, dark fruits, lightly earthy in the final.
Drinkable beer, obviously another random Sour experiment.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out phenols, rubber, oak and light vinous character. Flavour is very phenolic, with rubber, wood, oak, light vinous notes and plastic. So many phenols. This is a travesty.

On draft at the Vancouver airport. Pours a dark cola brown with an ecru head. Aromas are vinous with a hint of dank dishwater. Flavors are sour currants and other red pit fruits. Sour, dry finish.
