Bottle sampled at the meadery, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out floral wildflower honey, some bees wax and hints at a sweeter character than the flavour delivers. Flavour is bone dry, with floral honey and white wine character. Very dry and lacking depth. It's okay.

Synthetic cork bottle at the winery, bottled 2017
Blond color with light pink hue. Elegant aroma of berries, white wine. Very dry but smooth, with light acidity, light fruit, mild final astringency.
Pleasant and elegant.
