On tap at Tochca, pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Nose brings out tart pears upfront, with light acidity and some apple core. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with lots of sweet pears, and just a touch of acidity. Too sweet and lacking much depth, but it's tasty for what it is.

Tap. Light golden color, sparkling, white foam. Aroma: pear, apple and sweets. Taste: apples and pears with candies, sour-sweet, drinkable.
