Bottle. Amber color, foggy, white foam. Aroma: spicy, cherry jam, a little coriander, lollipops. Taste: sweet, candy, a little jam, salty, a bit bitter.

On tap at Tochca, pours a cloudy red with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out light cherries, some lacto, and touch of salt. Flavour is more pronounced on the cherry than the salt, with subtly tart red cherries and a touch of lacto. Refreshing and nicely balanced. Solid stuff.
