Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear yellow. Lacto, yogurt, fruitiness, pickled vegetables, sourish. Kinda OK.

Dass dieses Bier sauer ist, verwundert nicht (und kann auch gut sein), aber muss es gleich so viel Säure sein? Wenn man auf sowas steht, dann hat man hier ein tolles Bier gefunden. Allerdings finden sich somit keine weiteren Aromen.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of champagne yeasst, light lacto and tart citrus stone fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with champagne yeast, sour citrus, some light wild yeast, and biscuity malt. Quite musty, and thus it throws this off for me a bit. But I appreciate the attempt.

01.05.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from silpo in kiev, 39 uah, bb 14.12.2017+6 months. pours a clear pale yellow with a small head. mild aroma of funk. flavour of sparkling wine, lemon, mineral water. refreshing, somewhat watery.
