On tap at Willimantic, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, with red wine yeast, and some tannins. Flavour is very woody and tannic, with lots of red wine barrels, tannins, oak and light saison yeast. Moderately tart and heavily tannic. This is great.
