On tap at Baerlic, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma expresses the gin barrels upfront, with subdued citrus hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is bizarre and rather jagged in profile, with lots of botanicals, celery, some subdued citrus hops and biscuity malt. Too much celery and the botanicals don't mesh too well.
