On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Aroma brings out tart rhubarb and acidic apple notes. Flavour is similar, with tart rhubarb and sour apples. Bone dry, with a tart acidic finish. It's okay.
