Draught@Tommyknocker, Helsinki. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma and flavour are both fruity, floral, mildly zesty along with some earth and mild farmyardy notes. Refreshing and pleasant Summer beer.

Draught @ Tommyknocker, Helsinki. Amber colored, thin white head. White bready, yeasty, wheaty aroma. Flavor has sweetness, caramel, earthy notes. High carbonation. Not that saisony.

Tap at Tommyknockers, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some spices, Belgian yeast and malts. Very basic Saison.

(Keg at Tommyknocker, Helsinki, 2015014) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, fruitiness and malts. Palate was rather light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A saison lacking the nice spiciness.

Draught @ Tommyknocker, Helsinki Pours hazy yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of stuffy fruity tones, hints of citrus and spices. Taste is stuffy, sweetish and earthy with hints of spices. Finish is sweet, stuffy and slightly yeasty with hints of earthiness. A bit unbalanced.

[ As Tommyknocker Nice Saison ].Clear medium amber yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, floral, spicy - apple - perfume ! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, herbs - floral, yeast, sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat. [20140814]

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is mild estery, fruity. Apples. Mild fruity, slight estery eppery. Sweet and lingering fruity into a mild finish.
