On tap at Green Bench, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with brett, barrel character and funk. Flavour is funky and complex, with a nice brett character, accentuated by apple acidity, champagne funk and barrels. Complex and well-balanced. This is excellent.
