On tap at Tampa Bay Brewing, pours a clear red with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued tart berries and light lacto. Flavour is similar, with notes of tart cranberries and gentle lacto. Not particularly thrilling, but it's drinkable. The Florida Tart is a much better attempt at the style.
