On tap at Aardwolf, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, light acidity and some vinous notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart citrus, wild yeast and a bit of lacto. Complex and really-balanced. Very good.
