On tap at Bhramari, pours an opaque milky yellow with almost no head. Aroma brings out lots of floral notes from the elderflower, along with tempered pineapple, and lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with fruity pineapple, light elderflower, lots of lacto, and citrus hops. Tart, lacto-y and fruity. Interesting.
