DIPA - "ses-kwi-pi-dey-lee-uh n" In an effort to avoid circumlocution we'll skimp on the unencumbered loquaciousness. Perspicaciously brewed with a considerable percentage of malted oats, alongside barley, dextrose, and flaked rye. Unparsimoniously hopped with Zythos, Centennial, Summit, and Ekuanot. A truly convivial and unparagoned drinking experience.

On tap at Dock Street, pours A hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter piney hops, light citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite fruity, with piney hops, stone fruit pith, and biscuity malt. Oily and piney finish. Good stuff.
