Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, light chili, light citrus and red fruits. Light sweet flavour, light chili heat. Finish light chili, light sweet. Interesting, nice effort.
(From 50cL bottle @ After GBBF tasting, chriso’s place, London ’14. Thanks for sharing, rb crew!)

Bottle at home. Pours amber, sweet malty toffee followed by a slow burn, not bad.

Bottle shared @ ChrisO after GBBF Day 1. Clear orange color, small off-white head. Aroma is way more hoppy than I had expected. Taste is spicy, chili, and basically completely as expected. Not what I like.

500ml bottle shared with jeevan and the Mrs. A problem shared is a problem thirded, in this case. Although, to be honest, it wasn’t that bad, just a poor 80/ imitation with some chilli heat. Didn’t find it lingering too much myself.

500ml bottle. Wonderful, totally clear, ruby red colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, sulphur-yellowish head. Caramel malty aroma has notes of red berries, dried red fruit, adumbrated chilli notes. Taste is initially minimally sweet fruity, hints of red berries, dry hoppy overtones, in the finish appear slightly hot, peppery chilli notes; extremely smooth, soft palate. The addition of chillis is neither advantage nor damage.

500ml Bottle - Hazy copper. Drie fruit, malt and chilli in the aroma. Malty and very spicy taste with notes of leather, dried fruit and a warming finish. The chilli taste lingers for a long time.

Bottle @ Fenwick, Newcastle.
Appearance - Massive large head that quickly dissipate to nothing. Apperance of flat chestnut brown tea. Poor.
Aroma - Caramel malts....chilli heat...some fruity esters...no hops.
Taste - Caramel malt....fruity malt...hint of earthy hops...chilli...bit of smoke.
Palate - Sweet malts then big chilli burn finish. Simple. Almost no carbonation. Thin mouthfeel.
Overall - Just a novelty beer and not a good one. A substandard thin malty beer with lots of chilli. That’s it.
