The brainchild of head brewer Nick Smith, this beer is made with the all new Grüngeist (translation: Green Ghost) hop --a low-alpha, high-beta that plays nicely with lagered beers-- and features notes of peach and passion fruit with a dose of lemon zest.
Expect a highly drinkable pilsner with floral and lemony notes. Lagered for 5 weeks, Green Ghost comes in at 5.7% ABV, 35 IBU.

On tap at Otter Creek, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle citrus hops, grass and dry biscuity malt. Flavour bursts with juicy citrus hops upfront, some grass with a fairly dry biscuity malt base. Nicely structured with very high drinkability. Really good.
