Pours pale gold into a tulip. No head. Sweet apple aromas. Sharp with sweet crisp apple and dusty skin front to back.

Can sample at Champlain Orchards, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp and dry apples, with not much depth. Flavour is nice and crisp, with lightly sweet apples, with crisp apple skins and a touch of funk. Crisp and easy. Good stuff.
