Bottle sample at Sap House, pours a clear yellowish blonde. Aroma brings out herbal notes upfront, with some very dry white wine-like notes, and a touch of wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with heavy sweet wildflower honey, herbal notes, and heavy alcohol. Boozy and sweet. Not my thing.
