Bottle sample at Sap House, pours a clear bright red. Aroma is intense, with loads of rich raspberries, with the honey taking a further backseat. Flavour is incredibly dense, with lots of intense raspberries, with just a touch of raspberries. Moderately sweet and somewhat boozy. Fantastic.
