On tap at Smuttynose - Hayseed, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins, with earthy wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with wildflower honey, light apple skins, and some floral notes. Nice blend of apples of honey. Solid stuff.

Bottle from Greg and Jane’s Just shy of brilliant medium golden with a smattering of bubbles that fade almost instantly. Big apple nose with a bit of sweet honey and just a hint of sulfur. Sweet apple flavor with a light honey sweetness. could use a few more bubbles in my opinion, but pretty tasty cyser.
