Blueberries, from Cider Hill Farms in Amesbury, have been fermented with raw Massachusetts honey. This is one of our favorite products - always jumping with flavor, this provides thoughts of a late summer rest in a hammock. We strive to capture the true blueberry flavor, with careful crafting. This is a dryer mead with a hint of sweetness.

Bottle sample at 1634, pours a clear dark pink. Aroma is loaded with blueberries and subdued wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with lightly tart, dry blueberry skins, light alcohol, and a nice alcohol burn. Nicely balanced and incorporated on the blueberries. Good stuff.
